Sara Johnson joined the Fountain View team as Administrator in January 2025. Sara has over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership along with a bachelor’s degree and experience as a Registered Nurse. She is passionate about maintaining dignity and quality of life for the residents and loves getting to know and learn from them. In her free time, Sara spends time with her husband, six children, and two grandchildren. She also enjoys outdoor activities like boating, hiking, biking, and gardening.
